To Africa I go!

Hello Readers!  I just wanted to let you know that there will not be any new posts for the next few days.  My husband and I are going on a mission trip to Africa!  We will be going to Ethiopia and Rwanda, working with orphanages in the area and sharing the love of Christ with those sweet little children!  We are so excited to be following God’s call for our lives into this thrilling, and kind-of scary adventure!

I have another blog where I’ve been cataloging events leading up to our departure.  Hopefully I’ll be able to update it when we are there, but we aren’t sure what the internet situation will be.  This is my Africa blog: jamesonetwoseven.wordpress.com.  Go check it out and see the amazing things God has been and will be doing!

I don’t know what you believe about Jesus Christ, but if you know him to be your Savior, we would love for you to pray for us while we’re gone!  And if you don’t know what the big deal about Jesus is, please feel free to ask me, and I’ll tell you all about it!

I’ll resume my regular posts here on Normal Cooking around July 10th (or whenever I get over the jet lag).
