Just so you know, I am not wild about London Broil. It’s just not my favorite cut of meat. That being said, I really enjoyed this dish. It’s still not my absolute favorite thing in the world, but the marinade is really good and seeped into the meat very nicely. It had lots of flavor!
This is a great meal to serve at get-togethers. Other than the marinating process, it only takes a few minutes to grill and then you can get back to socializing with your guests. Plus, the rosemary makes your house smell great! And of course, this london broil grills beautifully and looks like a very impressive entree.

- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ teaspoons packed br. sugar
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- salt & pepper
- 1 lb London broil steak
- Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Refrigerate 20 min or longer. (I marinated for about an hour)
- Grill or broil for 4 – 6 min on each side or until done. Let stand 5 min before slicing.
