These pork chops are quick, simple, and very very tasty. Oh and they’re a weight watchers recipe so they’re healthy too. This is a great weeknight meal that you can whip up in a hurry and everyone will love. Well…assuming they are fans of delicious flavor.
The sauce is really what makes this dish so yummy. My one complaint is that I would have preferred the sauce to be a bit thicker. That way it would stick to the chop better and not run off onto the plate so much. It was still delicious, and I enjoyed using my mashed potatoes to sop up the runaway sauce, but still, it would’ve been nice to have it stick to the chop more. Another option is just to make extra sauce and really pour it on there for a good coating.
I liked that the majority of cooking time was just the chops simmering on the stove. That gave me time to get my sides ready (and take the dog out and get the mail and take the trash out). And then bam! Dinner was ready!
