Shrimp Scampi with Linguini

Shrimp Scampi 1

Shrimp Scampi 2

I love shrimp, but seriously…who gets full from eating it?  I mean, their name literally means small.  It’s hardly a filling entree.  BUT!  This dish has all that figured out.  Because if there’s one food that’s super filling, it’s pasta.  So, we take the delicious, albeit unsubstantial, shrimp and pair it with filling, and also delicious, pasta.

The best thing about this meal is the simplicity and ease.  The whole dish can be prepared in the time it takes for the pasta to cook!  Now that’s a great solution for weeknight meals.  Plus, it uses common ingredients which I already had on hand!  The only thing I had to buy was the shrimp.

Hi Gabi, the points total is 9 (listed below the servings). However this is before WW switched to the points plus system, so I’m not sure what the new point total would be.
