This recipe is one that is really easy, but looks decorative! It comes out in this pretty circle shape, and you could move it from baking pan to platter for a nice presentation. This is great for brunches, showers, and such. Around Christmas, it was popular to make this dish (or something similar) and call it a “wreath” to be served at a Christmas party.
You could fill your crescent rolls with any type of filling, but I’ve chosen to use chicken, spinach, and cream cheese. This is definitely a customizable recipe. Be creative and fill it with whatever ingredients you want! And if you give some other versions a try, let me know what you thought of them in the comments below!
This is also a Weight Watchers recipe. I loved how it tasted, but I gotta say, my husband and I were both still a little hungry afterwards. According to the servings, one little stuffed crescent roll is a whole serving, and that was not enough for any adult. My husband ate 4 and was still hungry. That being said, this is more suited for a brunch or party snack rather than dinner…unless you make a whole lot of it 🙂
