Greek Tilapia

Happy Halloween, everyone!  Sorry I don’t have anything super-cute and Halloween-themed for you today.  I posted a Candy Corn Brownie Pizza if you’re looking for something to make for a Halloween party!  Even though Greek Tilapia doesn’t really shout, “I’m celebrating Halloween today!” it does say, “I’m a delicious meal regardless of what day of the year it is.”

So listen to the tilapia and give it a shot.  This is some really tasty fish with very little effort.  The only thing to be aware of is you have to be prepared a little in advance so you can remember to marinate them.  We decided to serve it with some pasta salad to make it a more “authentic” Greek meal.  Well, as authentic as pasta salad from a box and Greek seasoning from a bottle.  No matter.  It was delicious!
