Hello Readers! It’s day 3 of 2014. How has the new year been treating you so far? You sticking to your resolutions? I hope so! I mean, it has only been 3 days…hopefully you have at least that much willpower…
In an effort to help you keep that resolution to eat healthy, I’m posting a Weight Watchers meal today. This chicken has only a few ingredients, and you probably already have them in your kitchen! So if your resolution was to spend less money this year, this is definitely a budget-friendly meal too.
We really enjoyed this dish, and it was packed full of flavor. It definitely has a strong white wine taste but we didn’t find it overpowering. Hope you like it too!
