Tuscan Herb Roasted Pork Chops

Yields: 4 servings

Tuscan Herb Roasted Pork Chops


  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 center cut pork loin chops
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine all seasonings and rub over pork chops. Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until browned on all sides.
  3. Transfer skillet to oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F


If you don't have an ovenproof skillet, just use a regular skillet and then transfer chops to a baking dish to roast.
